Death i feel compelled to congratulate you.
For about a week now in emain i seam to have been your personal target.
It seams as though i cast a spell, Death unstealths infront of me i get killed then rezzed. I wait for sickness to go and rebuff only to find Death again unstealthing infront of me and killing me.
I i have tried staying at the back of the group, in the middle and the front. I have asked tanks to guard, intercept and protect me, i have even invited lowerlevel castors in to group in the vain hope Death may go for them rather than me, giving me a chance to stun him and kill him back.
So Grats Death on a good job well done.

Oh and anybody got any good ideas on how i can avoid this from happening?

P.S. staying in Tir Na Nog and crafting may keep me safe but god it is borring....

Play a nightshade or get a friend to play nightshade and destealth him before.

Simple. Get Nightshades into xp groups and bring them up to lvl 50 and we wont loose a keep becouse of the enemy shadowblades like it has been done before and will happen till we wont have enough lvl 50 shades, and you wont die every 5mins becouse of Death, Hoster, Azal, Sticky, Durgi and many others.

Could be summat to do with him going for the weakest in the group i.e. the elf and wanting to kill someone of his level. I guess in a way it's a compliment.

Have the same problem with Hoster climbing into Cruachon while we're crafting and killing all the little luri's. Nasty Hoster!

I occasionally climb into bledmeer and kill some of the crafters, its great fun, but coz i am only lvl 41 they usually park a red troll on the forge which cuts my trip short

Scince i dont know type mage u are if ur a eld stick a low power mana ripple on which uses hardly any mana and continusly cast it, this actually works since it is aoe it destealthes them or at least makes it harder to get close to you, that and moving around and changing direction helps.

or if your clever, you would put on your own damage shield, as anyone who then hits you gets hit back right? well this will unstealth him, sure you might die from him, but if any stealther is damaged it reveals them, so im sure your group can then kill him.

Damage shield doesn't work vs one-shots. The shield doesn't hit after you're dead and it fires after you are hit so if you die in one hit, no damage shield.
Better way is to chain cast your weak pbae.

Had hoped that with all my time spend in emain killing ppl, somebody atleast would have noticed me, but it seems that if you STILL con blue to all those lvl 50's u dont really get famous.

Seems like i have to kill alot more hibs/albs then !!

I had a great incident involving Death when I was playing my scout alt in Yggdra.

I'd been watching a party of Hibs for a few minutes when Death pops into view and started cutting his way through them. There was about 7 of them so by the time he'd killed them all he was on about 5% HP.

Now there's me, a wikkle level 35 scout wondering if it was worth taking a shot. After deciding 'what the hell' I drew my bow and stood, heart pounding, as the draw time counted down. Off shot my arrow and bugger me if it didn't hit for 215 damage killing the little sod as he stood victorious amongst the slain Hibs !

Easiest 568 rp's my alts got so far, I can tell you that

Never killed Azal, never solo'd Death (got him the other day in emain, despite him -evading- a PA(!)) Thank god for the SoTL Gangbang team that were waiting when he foolishly followed my panickstruck jump off the MG <grin> I suspect he just wanted to sleep though and was looking for a quick busride home.

Azal can still one shot kill me if i'm unbuffed. Not pleasant!

Anyway, both very very good shadowblades.

I kill Durgi for a past-time though <grin>. He goes down faster than me after two babychams. My personal record is six Durgikills in one day.
