Dear Mids who complain about Grey killing

Fellow Brothers and sisters in arms,

Please for the love of god, stop complaining, /ruding and subsequently passing your little judgement on those in Midgard that kill greys in RvR areas.

Personally, I really don't care about your opinions on the issue it won't change me from playing the game how I so choose and if it really bothers you that much, go play alb or hib and come and gank my low level chars in revenge.

They know the risks of xping in those areas, it's not like Mids use some kind of exploit to break into their home realm.

So go /rude yourself. :)

Of course you would!

And the same goes for grey albs/hibs because they will grow up and become Midgårds enemies so...

nuff times ive been out soloing and found 1fg greys and then started gettin spammed by spells that bearly scratch me lol..

Only bitter ppl kill greys imo.

I like the feeling knowing they think its cool I just ran by them saving them 20 mins of game time.

u just gotta lub the way a lvl 20 or so arms starts hitting u for 10 when he realizes that a SB just unstealthed infront of him... had 4 or so on me in df once and i actually fumbled irl due to me laughing so hard, i say wack em, if they exp in frontier / DF they know the risks and same goes for grey ppl coming to emain running about, ill bet 10p that if i saw a grey con in emain and let him live he would sure as hell try to get a nearby fg to search and destroy, i know i would have. so pls Kaod go ahead ill count the deathspams for u m8.

I would say that grey wankers is no fun , just plain evil , no fun when a freaking stealther mistrell is just out for mezzing a exping grp in df and let em die by mobs.....

If i se grey conned i don't touch em if they don't touch me...



(it's a game not a freaking contest)

He he - ok , in the heat of a larger battle or a zerg I dont look at the colour, I'm in a killfrenzy, but if I run across a grey somewhere I like to play them a little - you know , debuff root mezz etc. :), only killing if they turn on me.

I have a funny story from DF - We were FG running hibby side all 50 exept 1 about lvl 30 - we came across a hib tanktype con grey to the 50's but purpl to the little one in our grp - We rootet the hibb and threw every debuff the grp had on him - then disbanded our lowbie who totally ganked the hib :)

If they go for you, they're fair game.

But speaking of 'game'. I think a lot of people have forgotten this IS one. I've seen people bragging about grey-killing and 'always giving XP death'...the people who do that are sad little inadequates. On the other end of that connection is a player who's really pissed off because someone else was an asshole when they didn't need to be.

Friday morning saw Excessus and several other high RR Albs grey-ganking at Mid's DF entrance. Which was shitty behaviour on their part - going out of their way to ruin other players' mornings. No possible benefit to them from killing greys, and the "they will grow up to be high RR enemies" excuse holds no water either; the RPG element of this MMORPG is pretty much non-existent, and you know those players will just release or get rezzed anyway, so why bother doing it to them in the first place? It doesn't get you anything (unless you're so fucked in the head you enjoy pissing off some complete stranger just for the sake of trying to convince yourself you're uber and hard) and it can spoil things for them, so why bother?

Case in point: my lvl 30 Warrior was unloading on snowcrabs outside Svasud Faste the other night when a couple of Hibs decloaked around me and I naturally bricked myself; they realised I was grey to them, danced at me, blew a kiss and disappeared again. Now THOSE guys were nice players...wish same could be said for the grey-ganking Albs from two days ago. Those Hibs realised killing me would get them nothing, and prove nothing, and decided to be cool about it...more power to them for it.

And why am I not surprised that someone who says "grey gankage fortehwin" is the kind of player who will buy being powerlvled?

And for those who take pleasure in making sure they give greys XP deaths...fuck off out of this game. You're shit, and should go back to using wallhacks and aimbots in Counter-Strike where you belong.

svartmetall ForT3hWinIMO!!!! well said mate - its ppl like you that make the game pleasant. Do we not remember that this is a role-playing game - and in those days there was valor in combat? Lets all say it together..... V...A...L...O...R. In other words, just because you can 1shot a low level player shows no prowess on your behalf. The only thing it shows imho is that you have the intellectual capacity of a south-central-venesualian-yack. Do we want to be like the Albs that grey gank us, how did you feel when that happens to you hmm??

This is a community after all ppl remember that - and to ruin the fun in the community is to ruin the game - and I am sure that the last thing we all want is a game that is run by a bunch of grey ganking gits - 'cause all the nice and pleasant ppl have gone off to play DE or some other MMORPG

Just my 2 Mitrils worth - use it or lose it – ‘nuff said

I'm with Svartmetall on this one. Killing a grey shows nothing save your compensating for your small penis.

Get a life, and let people have fun with thiers.

May all grey-gankers (mid/alb/hib alike) have thier accounts deleted!

Excessus didn't ruin my morning, I had a lot of fun trying to hunt him down.
There are elements in the game that are there and people just have to get over it - the ability to hit a grey and the xp death.

What do people get from 1fg steamrolling a solo player? Not a lot, but it happens - and it seems that the only sad lowlifes are the ones that can't accept the rules of the game and the risks/consequences of what happens.

Maybe I am shit, but I don't try to tell others how to play or belittle them for their playing style within the parameters that are laid out - and wallhacks /aimbots are cheats aren't they? Wheres the cheating in grey killing?

If you can't stand getting killed in a game theres something wrong.
