As a level 5 wizard i often come across certain moral dilemmas. I wish to help people, but not if its too much of an expense for myself.

What should i do?

I am thinking of giving away the gold this time because it scales better compared to other times this dilemma has arisen. Where would you draw the line for keeping/distributing the gold?
