LOL, just fallen out with the in laws for going on and on about the freakin stupidness of how they carry on after the deal 'to see what would have happened'.
She 'wins' the 50,000 in the utterly pointless autospsy and by their reaction you'd think she was still actually playing.
I'm like 'This sums you up on so many levels' and they're like 'shut the fuck up'

I can't watch that show. The idiots they have on there....where do they get these ppl from? Is there like one off-the-map secret town of brainless morons who go along conveyor belts & are fed into the gaping jaws of the TV shows?

the stupid thing is it's 50/50 at the end, you might aswell just pick a box, skip the bullshit of eliminating 13 other boxes, and either swap or stick.. stupid game.

I know , the chick tonight, rather cute, said at the end 'I'd decided beforehand to pick 5 as the last box, whatever happens.
So I'm like sitting with my mouth open getting bad looks.

I'd be so awful on this show...none of this "tactics" and "feelings" bollocks. Just "that one, that one, that one, no deal, that one, that one..."

Same reason I'd be no good on something like the X-Factor or Big Brother or basically anything where the entire show is predicated on the feature members of the public being fucking morons.

That said I wouldn't mind going on MasterChef to make my world-famous "Fèves au lard sur un toast avec du thé d'un plombier et quelques biscuits Rich Tea"

Nice...

Mine would be lightly toasted and buttered bread, smothered in warm tomato and bean sauce.

What people fail to realise is that they could make anyone look like a genius, or a moron. Yes you included. Yes, even you Mr "They couldn't do that to me".

Don't believe the edit, you'll make yourself look like any other person watching reality seriously.

Yes that's why I would never go on a reality show, (the offers pile in)
they just decide how they want you to appear and edit accordingly and the clueless public lap it up.

I wouldnt mind going on 'who want to be a millionaire'. I think I'd have a pretty decent shot at wining a good sum of money.

Bunch of my friends had an audition for Eggheads (I was supposed to be with them but had a job interview). They didn't get through because

Always makes me laugh when they take about 'tactics and fate'

You are just picking a box at random, there's nothing else to it. The worse thing is that Noel has truly gone off the deep end with his theories and actually believing all this tripe.

That or Noel is actually a pretty savvy media man who has made several fortunes from identifying an angle to exploit and then going at it all guns blazing until it can't be bled for another penny.

The show is a triumph of the saying 'never underestimate the stupidity of the populace'. It's entertainment I guess for people who wan't to switch off their minds and just let chance take the reins, swathes of mouth breathers injecting meaning into random events. It attaches choices to individuals, who the contestant has got to know over a few days. A bit like a play of someone's up and downs in life reduced to a half hour.
My in laws watch it glued to the set, shouting as the choices are made and turning to each other to say things like 'What's she going to do now?'
Pick another box I presume.
