I used to have Norton speed disk.

Now I am relying on the windows defragger is that ok or should I really be gunning for something else.

Thanks alot mates downloaded the diskkeeper lite cause Im a skint arse, like most ppl I think ;-).

Got mixed reviews but on the whole thought it was the right one.
