Right, so a bird told me Mythic is about to let DE servers transfer to US servers very soon?

Well havn't played daoc now for a while and shaken the addiction but origins would be cool but I guess there will be GW2, SWtor, BF3, Forged by Chaos and so on that will carry me over

Just a shame mythic never had the nerve to roll us back to old times when the game was imo much much better - and it ain't rose tinted for me since I had a blast on old i50 wich was as close to old times one could get ( without introducing all the old annoying stuff and bugs aswell ).

Oh well, it is all business these days.

shield users are even more shit now block is down to 25% vs dual wielders I think it was and slam only lasts 5 seconds on any class except arms/hero/warr.

Good thing I got my 5.8 spd 30% cele proccing 100 quality polearm then to make things interesting

use cele charges respec to 2h and get an ML10 2hander tbh, not sure how long its been since you played but all the ML10 items were updated and have rather OP procs now and 2handed on alb was updated so the styles are actually rather imba now (especially the 34 anytimer) ML10 weapons are also 5.8 speed.

But its green cele only 17% no?

My arms was respecced 2h and s/s for 1v1 used pole for cele procing in 8v8 and yes was a long time since I played it, like 2 years ago

Things might change again before they make transfers possible, so I guess it is no point really making a plan on items and specs n such..oh well guess we will know in good time!

Id say use legendary polearms and champ polearm The 2H styles got big end use and not as high growth rate as polearm styles

oh I dunno, still hitting most hybrid tanks for 400-700 with 2h styles the end cost is nasty for a none pally tho I guess yea, end 5 is nice along with the ML shout that reduces end costs mind you thrust 2handed is mucho winos.

I'll post some more ss's later, dont have any atm as i've just installed daoc again a few weeks ago, thats 2handed 34 anytimer + 6.0 speed weapon vs an eld.

Thats also only with 44 2handed needless to say his RR5 didn't get to kick in before he fell over.

Forget shield and go olulz 50% parry instead... hmm choices

Does parry get halfed by anything?

I take it dual wield halfes blocking again ( wich is balanced me thinks ) but with the slam nerf ( or on heavy tanks slam still last 9s? ) might not be worth it at all to spec in shield?

ML10 thrust pole is it rape or should I stick with dragon -20 abs debuff 2her, CL 2her for debuff and energy 2her for when that might pew pew?

Using dragon sword in 1h for the cele proc and the -40% haste debuff wich is too good not to have imo, atleast for 1v1 and strafz0r run through?(!)

Guess I should get some grey 99% staffs with cele charges no?

Hmm proc doesn't seem that uber then, could debuff the gloves or helm and not hit it a single time.

-20 abs on all armor makes more sense then no?

Guess the real question is whether to go shield or parry..25% block vs a dual wielder is wack, on the other hand I would block decently vs everyone else with a 2her or 1her..

Got a really nice 1v1 template on the arms to mitigate alot of dmg, only thing I feel I miss now is belt of the sun for the energy weapons. Tried using LWs when I was pole spec but to be honest it sucked LWs are bugged or was when it came to 2h dmg, did much much lower dps then with regular 'physical' weapons.
