Will you please please remove the smiley already?

It really is an annoying smiley, and used to extremes by some people.

There were so many in one post in the HL forum that I edited them out myself, kill the smiley.

I was just thinking that when I read the newB guide and that twat used it. It seems to be completely unnecessary, and only of use to newbies wishing to piss the regulars off.

If we simple make the text upyors with colons round it now display a graphic saying "I AER TEH GH3Y !!!!111" then it will discourage further use and make those who've used it in the past appear to be 'TEH GH3Y'.

Surely it would be better to link the "I AER TEH GH3Y !!!!111" to upyours with colons around it tho?
