english is smallest community so probably the last one to get their servers back on...
Unless its unhandy with patches, they could do it on size of server. However I doubt that would be smart as that means that you are switching language patches all the time while patching the servers. So you could end up with a german patched excalibur and a french patched prydwen. So probably best to not switch language patches unneeded to avoid people making stupid mistakes.
Ow and someone has to be the last and someone has to be the first. Were you guys also complaining when your last name ends with a V or higher letter and you always get called out as one of the last in class?
