I've just been informed that people who used old accounts won't get the code validation email through, is that confirmed by anyone?

I used my old account for the code validation and didn't receive an email or anything, yet my colleague used a newly created account and got it almost instantly....

Previously when you validated your code, there was a delay between the confirmation email and you being able to access the servers, our technicians have worked to remove this delay and now you will be able to patch and play as soon as your confirmation email is received. The last remaining 10,000 players who were waiting for access can now join the action on the servers.

rom the update it suggests that everyone who has inputted their beta key should now be able to log in, which isn't the case. What have I missed?

In my professional opinion, I think there is a hole in the system somewhere and us poor smucks who haven't received an email yet won't be getting one, because for whatever reason our validation requests fell into the hole and got lost.

Just my opinion of course

i have 2 CE pre order boxes so i used both keys one on an old account and one on a new account both keys were sumbitted at the same time.

the old account was validated around 13 hours ago.
the new account never had an email and is not validated.

I had a old acc but both my son and my 2 friends (that will play that is =) made a new acc and we all validated our keys at the same time (more or less) and noone of us has got the mail =/
