Darkness Falls

The other night I went to the cinema to watch a film called "Darkness Falls" and can I just say how disappointed I was, not an Alb in sight, no mention of princes or big ugly fat demon guys, pah....

However, as i left the cinema, I took a quick walk over to the postcard stand, as I do most times, and low and behold, what did I find????

4 Shrouded Isles postcards, featuring the 3 images from the SI loading screen, plus a special limited edition Inconnu card.

Well done GOA on a bit of proactive advertising for once.

When my girlf went down to get a drink in the night she nearly screamed the house down.

It took weeks to make it up to her

Not seen the remake, but found the first 3 Ring films fairly slow and boring...

Ring = Slow, but interesting
Ring 2 = Below avarage
Ring 0 = Can anyone say 'Carrie'?

Remake = not seen yet....

Willow was good for one reason....I was 13 years old when i went to see it in the flicks...and boy did I have dirty thoughts about Joanne Whalley.

Then she went and married her slug lipped co-star...but im the one laughing now because last time I saw a picture of her she looked as rough as a bag o' spanners.

Heh...I was in DF a week or so ago, with the TV on in the background...I'm resting after hitting something when this voice goes "DARKNESS FALLS IS A NEW DIMENSION OF TERROR!" (or words to that general effect) and I'm like "WTF was that?!?"
