Daoc has it's good sides compared to WoW in it's current state and the other way around. None of the games are perfect in any way. On the other hand WoW does not have quite the same time since release as Daoc does it

Indeed. We'll see a lot more stuff coming out in the near future when things with the US and EU retail have stabalized. At the moment, WoW is a lot more fun for me, especially because of the way they implemented tradeskills. They are fun and you can level them without a big loss if you gather your own stuff. Much unlike DAoC.

i was expecting that, i was just making a kinda point of what its like when you get endless WoW >> DAoC posts posted on the DAoC forum. not that i have anything against WoW, a good or bad game i woudlnt know and to be honest not really interested either. DAoC isnt broken for me so it doesnt need fixing, just a taste of what the WOW fan boi's keep doing on the DAoC boards.

I started playing daoc 2 and a half years ago anyhow tho simply

well i played EQ for a couple of months and maybe one or two others for less time but something about DAoC for the first few weeks really took my breath away

when i started up wow it just wasn't the same because in the back of my head i am constantly thinking about XP and PvP tactics and a whole load of other crap which really isn't important at the start of a game let alone the beta
