daoc vs wow

i had a thought and some ppl who play wow too.
what do you think about a new game ( can be ) or something else to have an actualy a war doac chars against wow chars. whats your opinion. sounds silly but might be fun

Would be shit, imagine mages in WoW running about in Daoc hitting people with 1k damage instas?

original first mmorg players of wow would of been shit in a daoc fight although some of em had played daoc before , but yes most would suffered a horrible death xd. 1 more to add in this they got no /face command if im correct wtf crap caster game isnt it? u cant see from where the fack they casting u thats just silly for tanks and other players that can be hit by any ranged attack.

wow got something that daoc dont got ph3ar ! ^^ not a big problem with a quicast though or a moc xd

ok my turn to say my opinion.

first i agree that mezz can make daoc chars easier. specialy the insane hib mezz.

daoc casters cast fast. but wow casters hit bit hard... i think
but there is another thing which you forgot and i think its a disadvantage of daoc chars. wow chars can hit or cast ( most of them ) while moving.

anyway who wins or who loose better to see it if we see that kinda game

tbh... there incomparable... as they both use differant engine's iirc... they would have to do alot of recoding, witch to be frank wouldn't happen

Comeing from DAoC NS and BM , and haveing been playing a wow rogue since i left id say the following problem for daoc in the war
Zirjins ambush crits you for 2000
Zirjins backstav crits you for 1100
you died

or just stunnlock >_>

Plus i don't think DAoC's 40k playerbase would do too well against WoW's 6 million...make it 3-way and put Lineage 2's 14 million players in there to even it up

Wow chars would own every single daoc char in 5 secs.

Imagine warriors with 7k+ hp critting you easely for 1000+

And indeed Rogue's would insta kill every single daoc char or just stunlock them to dead. Nothing you do vs that.

WoW's best dmg has been done as Shaman which did over 20k damage.
WoW chars would beat every DAoC chars one shot.

But who cares? WoW sucks!

either would the daoc character considering wow characters can get 300+ in resists and over 10k hp with flask of the titans/priest/druid/warlock hp buffs... and anywhere from 3000-10000+ armour :x would take the daoc characters the entire mezz duration just to kill 1 wow character xD

Well most top warriors have 13-14k fully buffed so 20k + would be insanely high..

Or it has to be a lvl 70 beta warri

Ups sorry.. When I checked the picture he had 14k..
But Im sure it will be possible to have 20k when they has that tier 3 set, + all buffs possible. That HP amount wont last long tho.
