Daoc skins!!

Ok there used to be a program you could use to make youre own skin for daoc or dock in sombody elses skin to modify them for personal use and needs... any body know what site i can get it from as ive since lot the link and i cant find it??

Also please feel free to spam this thread with links to skins you use maybe il find 1 i like thnx in advance
