DAoC on XP

Has anyone gotten DAoC to run on a non Administrator account? I made the account in question a Power User and gave write access to the directory, but apparently that's not sufficient.

Any way to get it to work?

Well, I got it working by changing some settings in the Local Security Policy.

I think the only thing that makes the difference is that you need to give Power Users the 'Lock pages in memory' ability. It seemed to make sense, and it worked.

Theoretically it creates an extra way for Power Users to make your system extremely slow or maybe crash it, but hey, I trust them not to do that. I just don't want everyone being able to access everything, so it works for me
