WHAT THE FUCK! FUCK THIS SHIT. They shut my account down for me to renew it now I can't because of this bullshit. The should setup some sort of alternate billing site or something because cancelling peoples accounts right before they perform "Maintenince" is really stupid knowing that they won't be able to renew thier subscription. At leaste give some sort of warning that you won't be able to pay again until they get it fixed before they shut it down, or let the account continue until its fixed if they CBA to send out emails. This just sux balls, it better not be over a week.

Totally agree. How stupid is that! If they knew they were going to go offline for maintenance, they should have allowed anyone who's subscriptions ran out to have a grace period to allow us to continue to play.
When I joined I bought the 6 months deal. How the fuck am i supposed to remember the renewal date? And they dont even send a prior reminder to warn you its about to expire......

But as far as i can see they have an major security leak at GOA so when they found out they had to shutdown it asap to avoid stolen CC numbers.
So be happy that they did it, and thrust me they dont want anything more then youre money so they are working very hard on this problem.

I got my new password - and guess what - IT DOESNT FUCKING WORK!!! and what can i do about it - ABSOLUTELY FUCK ALL!!! - why dont theey spend a bit of OUR hard earned cash and employ a few multi lingual phone operators - at least in the US u can speak to someone - or set up a customer support email system that works at times like this!!
