DAoC minmising constantly grrr!

Having trouble with DAoC, including other games while running them in full screen mode.

I've tried running in different resolutions etc, also closing unneeded programs running in the background.

Help me please! ;P

If you mean dropping down to the taskbar, probably a bit of spyware, got one like that myself, it's a frekin twat and the writers should be shot.

Look for iexplore running with task manager after the drop.

i used to get it aswell, when it tabs out alt and tab and a internet option came up with MSNCore on it

ad-aware sorted it out tho

Downloaded Search % Destroy to find and remove any spyware, which it did 6 things. But still keeps minimising to taskbar.

Any ideas?

Got special mouse software installed? Like.. Logitech's Desktop Software Shit?
That used to wreak havoc on DAoC for me.

Just drivers that came with winXP for a ms wheel optical mouse

Only other things apart from windows things is ati control pannel, could it be this?

It shouldn't, really.
Got all the latest WIndows Updates too? I know that Hotfix 82414 used to cause some problems with the game Black & White, making it minimize on startup or whenever you click the mouse. Servicepack2 fixed this.

Speaking of which, it could be the SP2 firewall or ZOneAlarm that's asking for confirmation as soon as DAoC tries to use the internet.

Try

LavaSofts's AdAware as well..

S&D is good S&D + adaware is better...as s&D does not pick up everything...
