Dagger-Shaped key for Epic - MISSING

It seems the key my Shadowblade need to enter the instance for the final epic (Sleeping Serpent) is missing from my inventory

Anyone know if there is a way to get it back / get a new one, or do I need to RightNow it?

rightnowing a quest won't make any difference, they will just ask for you to delete it from journal and redo. been there, done that.
