Sure they probably shouldn't have been out hunting (even though they were probably raised that way).

But she was protecting her cubs, he was protecting his son..I don''t see the difference here, one of them was going to die..just happened to be the bear (which now gets all the sympathy, funny how people care more for them than our own species, as fecked up as it is)
