yes it is But im not sure if it even drops from Cyrek since ppl havent seen it

yes i does, but not a common drop.
Killed cyrek 23 times in a row (farming roth), and it didnt drop

Also bear in mind cyrek has been fixed last week in a hotfix so u cant solo with a summ sm + bb anymore
