I came across another 2 doing the same thing, a BG'ing grappling guy who basically I-winned any soloer's for his caster buddy, Meneldil and Theramas I think were the names.
Sure they killed me a few times, and a few other people, but the satisfaction in killing one of them when they were blatently playing so lame made up for the RP giveaway

I usually try and kill these sort of people 2 or 3 times, then if I am not getting anywhere, time to call the /as cavalry
