Customer Support

I'm not one to moan, but lately I have had to resort to using the customer support, because my second character was stuck under camelot and I couldn't /unstick.

I was pretty amazed to hear that we have NO GM's, unlike the american servers. I was wondering why this was. I had to use RightNow and it took almost 3 days to get sorted.

I suppose I'm just a bit angry about the customer support, I like many others pay to play the game and 3 day delays aren't quite my idea of fun, being as money is taken off me each month. Maybe some GM's on Euro servers would be an idea?

You have every right to feel annoyed with the lvl of service or lack should I say. GoA seem to not be bothered by the feeling of the PAYING community.

I originally thought that the lack of in game support would not be a serious issue - I was told of the wonderful tool named "RightNow" and how that would solve all problems. GM's would be able to be free from the demands of the people in order to deal with those in need of aid and not those just too lazy to look things up on the web site.

Alas the tool is not working. The information is not being acted upon in the timely manner that we were assured of. More oft than not it takes 72 hours to get a standard reply and then you have to resubmit the query several times in various styles of English so simple that there is no possible way to misunderstand it.

The folks at GOA may (stress may) have done a grand job on getting the game online but they sure as hell need to take a few courses in how to run a pan-european customer service system.

Will they learn? - No idea, we have no way of passing on suggestions to them now that the forums are dead and gone. We are all on our own - they may as well give us all GM abilities so we can take care of out own customer service as well.

Seriously I don't know but it seems like many ppl have the same probs... they should, at least, have their priorites right so stuck chars is answered asap and... well you get my point

I've got it nice and cozy here in midgard and maybe I can finish all my "have-to-do-schoolwork" and lvl my hunter... so I can meet up eith ya in RvR some day
