How the hell do you contact customer support at Goa?

The official website says use the FAQ and if you can't find what u want then as long as you areregistered with an active account you can directly write to them.

Are they saying paper as I see no link to a message system? I clicked on everything.

Anyone help me out?

Well, it's like this: in the US they have in-game support, but here in Europe - even though we pay just as much to play the game - we get fobbed off with something called RightNow, which is supposed to resemble some form of customer support but in reality is about as much use as a chocolate teapot.

click help. customer support down at the bottom it saysd enter right now, then click find answers, then click on any subject to read what it say, pull up a patch notes or something, now a tab appears at the top saying ask a quest

oh or you can email support@goa.com (or an email adress similar sry cant remember)
