Is there a working version of CTmod for the retail? Or can i just edit the files like i did last time beta was updated? If so, how?

Usually all you need to do is go into each dir (/interface/addons/ctmod (or whichever)) and edit the .toc files and change the old revision number to the new one.
currently the game is on version 4211.

yeh or get one of the "autoupdate" tools.
it reads the wow.exe file and guesse the version number, then edit all the .toc files automatically.
