CS: Source Help

I get loads of choke in cs source ... anyone know what it could be or how to fix it - or is there anywhere I can go to find out or what?

I have posted this in a few different places but no one seems to be able to come up with answers... I know quite a few people read and post here so maybe someone knows what's up?

Lower your cl_updaterate. not like choke matters much anyway

do you mean you actually hang for 0.3s or are you talking about the number of chokes it displays when you do netgraph 1?

Cuz if you're talking about actually choking when you running around the map, then I got the same prob, it's realy annoying and cl_updaterate or whatever command doesnt fix it... dunno what it is tbh

I suggest that you try eating less solid food while playing.

Did you set the right connection at start? I had mine on 56k in old cs by accident and it gave me alot of choke since I had adsl

lol i had the same problem in my old CS, took 3 mins to load maps

rate 20000 fixed it, it was set to 2500 for some random reason :/
