no that is correct m8 windows come with it set as slowmodem 1 which means slowmodem is on , set it to 0 and it will be turnt off ok m8, and i am not bullshitting

i am not saying it is just for cs but the internet in general, i did change my settings in the registry and turnt slowmodem off, i saw it on a modem tweak article at tweak3d i think, i just am trying to remember how to get to it then i will post it 4 u. so eat that m8
