CS problem

I had this prob a while back but its come back again...
When exiting a server I often get a message saying HL has caused an error in unkown...it means if I want to play again I have to restart the computer which is a tad annoying
This happened alot when cs 1.4 came out but it seemed to stop when i got 1.5 but its back now
Has anyone got a solution or am i going to have to stick with it
The only thing I can think of that i've changed are the dedicated server settings but that was only giving it a name and creating an automatic startup button for desktop

Any help would be great

Try typing 'quit' in the console instead of hitting escape and clicking exit.

Worked for me.

I have bound "L" to quit.

Saves bringing down the console and typin it in.

I wont bind keys to do them sort of commands, just incase i hit it by accident
