I used to play on a custom map server. We never got many populated nights, however we established some favourites.
de_seaside Is the only one i can remember(this was just over a year ago, so you can't expect me to remember the whole map cycle).

No, there were 2 bomb sites, one was near a cross roads area, which was easy to defend if you could use rifles well, and the other was nearish the spawn, but you had to plant in the firing line, so it required a real team effort to plant there. Was a good playable map if you played for the team. Would probebrly suck if everyone just went around trying to DM though.
Played alot of 2v2s on it, because most CS players don't understand the concept of custom maps, hence we only had 10regulars.

747? that maps cack lol, i think i started using that just after Sept 11th, because all the Servers had that Map playin, and they where almost full

The reason people find maps like 747, vegas, Rotterdam etc crap is because people find it harder to master or even be any good at the realistic maps.

747 is good, but only if you play as a team, for the team.

Yeah... when i started playin Italy a while back, i actually hated it... but then, i started to see that it was a feckin good map, coz i developed into a better player thru the Months and now its prob my Best Map...
