Maybe some kind of new alchemy item? But i would take my guess on LG weapon item.

Believe it's for an artifact or something, it got same prefixes as other drops (scrolls, kerubis' scythe, aerus truesight potion etc) and it got an odd lvl to be a leg. weapon ingredient (48).
