Any1 knows how Powershield charge works?
does it convert 25% from your pow to health each time you hit 49% health?
is conversion rate 1:1 or?
does it convert only 1st time you hit 49% health in 10 minutes or any time you hit 49% during charge duration?

i've had it once when toa was pretty new so iam not sure if this is still up to date
but basically it will convert all your mana to heals as long as the buff is running
so as soon as you go below 50% it will start healing u till ur oom; if u use mcl / manapots etc the mana gained will be used for the ability as long as ur below 50% hp directly
as far as i remember it converts about (estimated) 30% mana for 5% life in 1 sec pulses and was never worth it, all u do is end up oom again and again for nearly no healing...
For example, if u got a tank on you hitting you down to ~40% you will be healed back up but u will lose all of ur mana for it... Now if u end up free, oom and on ~45% using mcl will result in the ability healing you to 50% draining all ur mcl
