sorry if this has been covered before but ive noticed in afew threads tht u guys are on about there being changes to the CC system.....could anyone enlighten me to roughly what they will be??

I think it's about the huge boost to the Determination RA for tanks in patch 1.76

Immunity timers changed, not CC.

Immunity has changed from the standard 1 minute duration to the duration of the spell (delved) *5. For example the stun from Dragonfang would give a 25 second immunity.
