Crosshair

Is there a way to stop the crosshair from being so annoying?

Dunno if I just can't get used to it but I can't stand the way it works, is there a way to make it so aiming isn't so slow?

I know its realism and all but i'm not used to using a crosshair that way and tbh I don't find it that realistic.

It looks like the one on DoD..

press V go to weapons view and look down the sight of the gun, it's actually more acurate and better to look at than a cross hair.
