Itet has 2 or 3 spawns afaik. Cant remember them at the moment thou.

When I was camping for this Atifact I had two of the spawn locations.

Both Stygian Delta.

52,38 and 30, 33

he wanders a bit, and there are several places he likes to hang around, all around the river. I've seen him at the following locs when I was hunting for him.
54k, 35k underwater at the bend of the river
50k, 40k on land near the bend of the river
42k, 30k on land among the sobekites (you can recognise itet as because he has what looks like a breastplate on)
42k, 33k, underwater near the sobekites
30k, 37k both on land and underwater near that loc

basicly you can run a circuit from the croc statue at about 20k, 36k going east along the river's south side alternating between looking on land and underwater, going all the way to the bend in the river, then swim across here, then go back west along the river's north side still alternating between looking on land and underwater and dodging the sobekites, all the way back till you're across from the statue you started at 20k, 32k.
btw, when you actually find him and start fighting, make sure you do it underwater, he'll still give the message that he'll pbaoe, but they never actually come off
