Crocodile Tooth Dagger / Blade Shadow

I would be grateful if somebody could post the full stats and procs for a Level 10 croc tooth dagger and the blade shadow dagger that it summons (for a SB).

I know my guild mate, Krall got it at lvl 10, so try and ask him ingame for info.

His alts are Damamnax, Degotia, and Olm.

stats are:str/dex 27. melee speed2%, melee style dam 3%, melee dam 4%. lvl 5 proc. is statdrain dex/quik 40. Speed 3.5 dps 16.5(Axe offhand) The blade shadow is: Axe 4, spirit 10%, Hits 36. Stats cap inc. on str/dex 9. Allso have a small dot 25 per tick, and an dam shield val 4.2(allways on) speed 3.5 dps 16.5.

Seems Blade Shadow is a bit pointless for someone specced sword, shame it's not 4 primary weapon.
