Ohoy fellow middies. Posting here bcuz my little Ulmia has reached the sweet lvl of 31. And she will soon get her 4 last lvls before going to caledonia. After that, no alb or hib wil be safe I know millions and millions and thousands and one threads and posts can be seen everywhere in this forum. But i cant be arsed to post about it in some old one, since ppl will see its an old one and not reply or just read it and think: well, others have replied, so i dont have to. (new threads is more effective when u need tips) Well, i have been looking alot at this, but havent found any spex a really like. So i made my own one (hiban TM) and want SERIOUS comments about it

Soooo... still not sure on how to spec her at lvl 50. Was thinking something like:

40 Stealth (this is for safe fall 4. Will cap the last 10 with SC and items and RRs and such)

50 axe (will it be worth all these points in axe? i get Tyrs fury at that high spec. question is: will i ever get to use it?)

44 CS (too high? Is there a higher chance to land PA with that high base spec? or is 39+11 enough?)

18 Envenom (get Lesser enervating poison with +11. Means -71 str/con poison)

Could this spec work u think? Anyone in here tried this spec b4, and if: u still use it? how did it work u think?
note: I WILL go CRITBLADE. and i WILL go axe. Those 2 are 100% certain its just the spending with the points im not really sure about and have to rework if it wont work.

And may i add: Only _serious_ discussions and tips/corrections here. No starting about comparing infiltrators with berserkers and how cold it is on Iceland and stuff, then i will close it faster than light itself All help very appreciated.

Lose some stealth m8, 35 will do ye fine, slap some more in cs from there

quite a while ago i used to be 45 axe/CS 35 stealth/envenom
not that bad spec overall. cap on PA was ~1050
your best friend will be last debuff poison (lvl 47), make sure to get it. lifebane or lvl 45 dot doesnt really matter, so you can lower venom a bit

for rr6 + a nice spec would be the following

31 -33 stealth depending your rr

30 envenom (rr7 last debuff which is kinda of a must cuz 37 debuff with lets say rr6 + 16 and 21 envenom is often resisted)

50 cs for max cs dmg with anytime cs styles and after evade and ofc pa bs 2

and either 42 weapon and 16 LA
or 40 weapon and 20 la or something

la is still required so that u lessen the amount of penalties u get wielding a left axe which if its low u get less main hand dmg..
so 20 + 15 (16, 17 etc) is kinda sweet
either this or

46 cs 46 weapon 30 envenom 32 stealth and 17-19 la

u still get the debuff which is all the money and higher weaponskill for lets say 6 x 8 =48 pts

sacrificing envenom aint worth it imo

I think you need the high weapon spec for less evade chance vs INF/NS. I think I will just reverse my spec and go 46Axe/44CS/33ST/33EN/11LA. Someone with more Autotrain-point than me will get more LA or higher weapon

Thanks for all the great replies. Keep em comming. Still working on spec. Leaning more towards lower stealth and some LA when i get to fight assassins.

Just wanna know. How big is the difference in safe fall 3 and 4?

dont worry about it - 40 stealth is just too much mate by realm rank 4 you will have wasted 40+39+38+37 spec points cos u get nothing at all for having stealth > 50. Each realm rank u increase will mean the wastage increases. 35 was a suggested maximum to me and sounds good - high stealth early on and 50 stealth at RR5.

As for safe fall - I jump out of the window near the vault in svasud - it almost kills my thane but does 25% dmg to my SB. You take no dmg at all jumping from keep walls inside or out.

oh and did you know that its really cold in iceland and Zerkers > Infs?

Seriously tho', the standard critblade reaction to seeing an Inf is to run. I spoke to a lot of decent critblades and they all said run from Infs cos they will eat you, so don't worry about your LA spec to deal with them - just get sprinting!

Would be cool to get to poison all three weaps ofc, but putting like 18 in LA feels like a waste of points (or?). Rather see high envenom then... damn class! imposs to spec ffs!

I got 2 different templates on my mind:

1:

Axe 50
La 14
ST 32
CS 44
Venom 29

2:

Axe 50
La 11
ST 32
CS 50
Venom 19

First let me get last debuff but lower critics.
Since I'll be using critic-styles I'm thinking that second template could be better, even tho I have to settle whit 37 debuff.

Got that spec now Zordo but thinking about repeccing to higher weaponskill, like 50axe 40+/cs

Not sure yet tought, really want 118con/Str debuff but if I want high weaponspec I will have to wait some RR's for that debufff.

aye, was looking at that spec as well. Seems like a nice one. I have autotrained some, so i get one more point to put in stealth or env.

With AT to 40 (55 bonus spec points) you can go 44/44 36/36

Which means u get Lifebane and 50 Stealth at RR4

I was tempted by this, but am now swaying towards:

35 Stealth
44 Crit Strike
46 Sword
34 Envenom

It basically means that you aren't looking too bad when u start to RvR at 50 since u will be 2L0 at least (or reach it v quickly)

You get the final debuff at RR3, 50 Stealth at RR5 and Lifebane at RR6.
