One of the radio 1 djs coined this phrase to describe the week between xmas and new year. I hate it, every day feels like a weekend but its not and I have to go to work. I'm not even sure what day it is without constantly checking my phone.

the worst part is parking, can i park there today? is it a bank holiday etc

It would be fine if

A: the weather wasnt terrible.

B: Every other bugger wasnt also off n cluttering up the roads.

C: There was some decent places to go in crap weather.

I don't understand why people buy shit loads of food pre christmas and then just a couple of days later they buy even more, did they really eat all that food?
