Credit for artifacts

wondering what lvl you can get credit for these artifacts at:
Shades of Mist, Battler, Cyclops Eye Shield, Croc Tear Ring, Ceremonial Bracer and Guard of Valour and if anyone knows what level you need to be to activate them i really want to know that too. thanks!

Well I know that all artifacts can be activated at level 47 if that helps.

When I dinged 50, CS was at lvl 7.9 i think to give you an idea of the kind of exp the hardest artifact needs to hit level 10. Your best bet is to activate them all at level 47 anyways so they wont degrade in con so quickly and they'll practically all be there when you hit 50 too
