crash to dekstop in camelot around round table building

whenever i get close to the round table building i get booted to desktop.

rest of the game seems sable though.

anyone else the same experience ?

Yup, although it's only happened twice - most of the time it's okay there.

I have had this 4 times total in Camelot twice to desktop twice my pc just restarts. It dose not happen in the same place once east entance once leaving kings room once near the church cant remember last place

I have had no experiences within game, but twice during loading up DAOC: DR I have had the pc reboot. I used the DR download option, not a fresh install of DR, since I don't currenty have the media.

No problems with the Catacombs client.

Highend PC with all the bells and whistles.

check your memory usage - do this by alt tabbing, and then pressing CTRL+ALT+DELETE to bring up task manager - you can see how much memory is being used.

My performance problems are vecause the DR client consumes a whopping 1.4Gb of ram on my machine when loaded!!! - and i have only got 1gb of ram in my machine.

to alleviate this - do several things :

1. stop using a custom interface (yea right - the mythic ones are pants!!!)
2. reduce down the graphic settings (such as clip range etc,
3. turn off fancy-dan effects
4. and last but not least.... buy more ram

Aye got several ld in camelot, sometime he boot me back on desktop, sometime my PC simply reboot.
