Crappy quest rewards for meh vamp qq

qq.. i mean - we cant spec stealth so why do we get it

Nevermind lol - i did not notice the 7% to 2% decrease on combat speed.

Well the point was that i get a stealther reward on a character that clearly doesnt stealth while other melee classes get the necklace :>

Its even hybrid classes that get that reward, and i consider my vamp more a hybrid then a stealther... So - they made a mistake or think its on purpose?
