Crafted Cloaks

If i get a cloak made can u SC it like normal armour if so does anyone now how many imbue points it has on it

u can put 4 lvl 1 gems in it thats all

USED to be, in teh old days of spechil crafts, you made yer cloak, put a lvl xx proc into it and then the cloak assumed the level of the cloak for the intents of SC, so if u had an MP cloak and u put a lvl 47 proc of some kind or other (prolly a charge, as all else would be useless) then youd have your 29 imbue points or whatever it is for MP lvl 47 stuff.

Now, theyr arbitrarily lvl 1.

if there are, i doubt many people would be willing to sell for anything less than a small fortune, a cloak with that many SC points +probably decent charge would be fukin priceless, are there any drop cloaks that have charges/procs/funky shit on em as it is?

there are none on europe. because the bug with cloaks being SCed was fixed one patch after SC came in the game. but on europe we got 2 patches at once as usual, and as such we got SC + cloak SC fix patches at once

There's at least one cloak in Hib with dex/qui charges: Pooka Lord Mantle, dropped by Shadowgnash in Cursed Forest.

In mid there is a cloak dropped in Trollheim near the entrance (gatekeepers something or other I think) which I have which has a stupid amount of low level pbaoe charges on it. 40 damage, but the most charges I've ever seen on any item.

Naah, checked last night and it's 40 charges.
Pretty useless damage though unless I can give it to one of my low level characters and the charge still works

8 Heat Resist
8 Cold Resist

it has 2x75 str/con charge
