Crafted armor from Powdered Aurulite?

Hi

Been away from daoc for a while and noticed a now armor in "Motogs" crafting page (or 3 rather)
Motogs
For example Kobold heavy starkaskodd gear and the looks is pretty cool imo, well im not sure if its this armor u buy with "Powdered Aurulite" that u can buy from ordenary aurelite?

Anyone know how this all works? as it seems only the grx is diffrent and not the stats but anyway it looks cooler.

And do "Powdered Aurulite" replace the "Arcanium" u need when crafting? same amount?

It's new craftable skins available in an upcoming patch (1.76 iirc). You need all the usual stuff to craft it (metal, leather, cloth etc) but you also need some powered aurulite which the aurulite merchants in the catacombs cities will sell you for normal aurulite. It doesn't do anything special as far as I know, it's just a different skin.

Just another little incentive they slipped in there for you to buy catacombs then if you don't already have it.

The new skin looks nice. Granted the crafted armors with catacombs client don't look that bad - but this new skin looks even better.
