CPUSPEED WindowsXP Mobile p3

Does anyone know how to change the cpuspeed in UT, im running windowsxp on a dell inspiron8100. UT keeps picking up the power saving cpu speed of 733 & not the actual speed of 1.13. I dont want to play off the batteries for obvious reasons, but playing off the mains means the game runs nearly twice as fast & online i just stand still jerking on the spot.

I tried the c++ command 'cpuspeed=1013' but its says its not recognized.

Anyone got an answer???????

That`s a problem with your OS not UT. I have never seen a CPU option in UT. I think it`s in your XP.
