CPL or ClanBase

CPL or ClanBase can anyone tell me the exact difference?

CPL is more connected to LAN events?

... i checked out the websites, while ClanBase got that interresting rules part, CPL was total cryptic to me =) ...

so if someone could help me out

Well in theory CPL = pros, Clanbase = plebs..... the reality is CPL = plebs, Clanbase = greater number of plebs..... or so i'm told.

Well, it was in an artsy directory. And art is subjective; he obviously thought it was. I'd complain more, if I could think up any more excuses.
