counter-strike utiliseing quake 3 engine?

has anyone seen a mod yet for quake 3 thats like swat 3 or counter strike as ive seen one for unreal tournie

just an idea if they aint got one they should..

theres one "in development" where the story goes of "2 opposing sides" Its a SF setting so not your swat/sas/merc environment but the main similarity is that u buy your weapons..
