Coud someone help me find a premade Healer armor template?

Hi guys.

I am now a lvl 50 healer and I want to complete my armor so I can be of any use in RvR.
I have bought a full 99% equipment incl shield and hammer, now I need a template to SC it.
I dont know what jewelry to use either, so does anyone know of where I can find a working template for my armor I would be very grateful
