Cba to type full img links out etc, just a few screenies from Gorre. Cottages are a bit wierd, as you have to have your forge/lathe/alchemy table in your bedroom, which is also next to your living room fireplace oO

Roa, is there any limit to the extras you can have in a house.

I.e. If I buy a cottage, can I have all merchants, bindstone, forge/alch table/lathe/etc, portal, etc.etc.etc. or do I have to buy a bigger house, the more things I want?

There are a limited number of hookpoints per building which dictate how many furnishings and npcs you can place. You can also only have one craft thingy (forge/lathe/alchemy table) per floor so one for a cottage, 2 in a house and three in a villa or mansion.

Chretien hit the nail on the head there; however, if you own the house or have sufficient /housefriend access you can actually buy all the merchants etc, and keep them in your house vault. Then, just chop and change what's on the hookpoints when you want to use something else.

As I understand it (and I'm sure Roalith will correct me if I'm wrong), the languages take it in turns on Gorre when each patch comes out so it'll be in French while they test 1.63 in French, then they'll switch to German, then English etc. Also the 'translation' to english isn't so much an actual translation of the game text (as they don't even remove American spellings for example) but a translation of the code to work with the european client. According to Mythic, the US patches won't work on the English servers over here without modification cos it's a different version of the game.

Er. Yep, it is an internal test server just for volunteers and GOA devs. Where on Rightnow does it say how to do so?

Yeah, but that was for the OLD Gorre, that was later converted into Camlann, the PvP server. The current test server is only open to Devs and volunteers.
