Cost to SC gear

Dinged lvl 50.. got my full set of AF102 leather (all 99%) and 2 Axes (99% also)

Was wondering what the going rate is for a Legendary SCer to SC the full set for me with a 3 point overcharge? (which im told is safe)

Also is the 3 point overcharge too low/high?? i.e. whats the best (and safest) OC I can expect.
