What happens to the corp hangars and their content if the bills aren't paid?

I have an inactive account in a char in a one man corp and wondering about all the loot in the corp hangars.

I have an inactive account in a char in a one man corp and wondering about all the loot in the corp hangars.

The stuff gets impounded and you have to pay to get it released.
