I have a Alpha PAL8045 with a 3300rpm fan on it.
Runs my 1G @1133 @ 40C (10C above system)
Sweet as! - same performance as the swifie at half the cost!!

I use the one Intel give you in the P4 package. Don't need much else if you don't overclock.
