How do you get different coloured shadows in your name in Quake 3?

I know that OSP needs to be active but please could someone tell me what to enter in the console for the coloured shadow.

can't remember how to do it off the top of my head, but there's a readme file that comes with osp that explains it all in detail.

let me know if you can't find this file and i can copy and paste for ya...
