Apart from a few bugs this game is a winner if you ask me.

Quests are great story wise if you like that sort of thing.

TOK is just an awsome feature.

White Lion is pretty neat also, worth all the trouble folks!!!!

Yeah, the game is very nice.
I am sure that from tomorrow on all OB testers will get the chance to log in and make it even better.

Anyone else noticed that when npc enemies "flee" at low health, they disappear before appearing far away? Also happens when a caster gets aggro on a mob you're tanking, disappears, then appear in front of caster.

That's the only bug so far, pathfinding issue?

I am pretty sure its called lag, but none the less, please report it ingame, there is a Report bug feature, the more we report the better the game we get when live it goes
Remember to write the area, the mob type and as much info you can cram into the 250 chars limit or so in the box.

I liked the game a lot too and it seems reasonably stable. The only true bug I encountered was bugged mobs during PQs that still attack people, while being unable to target. Still you gain healing aggro. No big deal so far, if you get the people trying to bash the mob like morons to back up for a while, then it always unbugged the mob so far.

Also the ToK is the best implemented achievement system I ve seen in any game so far. VERY nice.

Last night (after 3:30 CET) I had extreme lag in the greenskin starting zone; couldn't interact with NPC's, couldn't do combat properly, abilities castbar would stay on screen for ages and logging out took a very long time. I did not experience this when I tried playing a witch elf.

Has anyone else experienced this???
I found it a bit odd since the servers had very low population at that time, so I was thinking maybe it's my ram? but then why could I play normally as a witchelf...

The french server that is online now is extremely laggy, but I guess that's because it's being stressed.

Was fun trying a few different chars briefly last night. Played a shammie to lvl 4 and when i switched character i noticed my mouse hand was nearly cramped up... Wonder if that was me over excited or shammie isn't for me.

Oh yeah.. All servers are down atm except 1 french.

Hmm...I logged out at around 4:00 CET and havent really noticed any remarkable lag while playing my shaman. Once I thougth I had lag when I was trying to quickly pick up barrels for the public quest. However I think there is some kind of invisible cooldown for picking up barrels in rapid succession.

Concerning the white lion, they need to fix the bugs with the pet. Whenever u go inside a building or a cave your pet is almost useless. It dissapears and you cant control it. I also have the feeling that the armor debuff the pet has doesnt work.

PS: I knew from the closed beta that the disciple of khaine will be the nemesis of the order melee classes and now i can verify it :)

I was really looking forward to just get into the actual game. Anyhow at around 12pm yesterday i got inside the game. And if someone would ask me. 'Was it worth the wait?' (just one day though.. hahaa)

Absolutly!

the public quests are pretty fun, with good rewards

but to take down the later phases you do need a balanced group.

Not found a single thing in this game that requires a balanced group yet. Certainly never come across a PQ which requires it. Admittedly a balanced group is more effective, but far from necessary.

Killed the first boss with nothing but shamans :)

We just took it in turns sprinting in a circle while the others nuked.

Ah it's alright. Not as much fun as CoH though to me. It's pretty much like every other fantasy MMO with a few shiny bits. Better than WoW at least.

tombe (sp?) of knowledge...

a game book that tracks what you have done / accomplishments, enemy types killed, killed by etc.

im sure somone who has actually managed to get into the game can fill you in more.

at later level you can have the 1 shaman who has the aggro run around and 5 shamans cast `*ork says stop` ... haha that is fun tbh.

first stage of a pq is soloable, no doubt.

stages 2 and beyond probably are way to hard for most classes at par level to solo.

it`s a combination of an encyclopedia, a help function and a list of all you have achieved. sort of.
